WHO IT'S FOR

For people who want to keep performing

Recurring problems rarely come out of nowhere. Usually there's a posture or a load behind them that you repeat every day.

Motorcyclists

Neck, wrists or lower back tightening up on long rides? We look at your riding position, ergonomics and gear – and at your body.

Desk & work

Long hours sitting, screens, commuting: we find out which posture is putting strain on you and what you can actually change day to day.

Sport & training

Getting started, technique, progress: I assess your physical starting point and show you how to train safely, effectively and in a way that suits your body.

Whether it's work, riding or training: we look at what's putting strain on you and how you can move more confidently and freely again.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps to your plan

01

Questionnaire

You fill in the screening questionnaire – it takes about 10 minutes. That way I know your situation before we even meet.

02

Video call

In the online session we talk through your symptoms and goals and test relevant movements and functions live.

03

Analysis

I put the results into context and show you which factors are likely to be relevant and what to look out for.

04

Next step

You get a clear recommendation on how to move forward – with suitable exercises, further tests or treatment if needed.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Tino.

I'm a physiotherapist and have been working in therapy for around 11 years. In that time I've worked with a wide range of people – with acute pain, recurring problems, after injuries, or simply wanting to move better again in everyday life and sport.

For several years I've also provided workplace physiotherapy for one of Germany's leading banks. I've carried out over 3,000 treatments there alone. In total, that now adds up to more than 30,000 treatments.

What matters most to me: not just working on the spot that hurts, but finding the source and understanding why problems keep coming back and what can actually be changed in everyday life.

I spend a lot of my own time sitting, I also ride a motorcycle, and I know the strain that can come with both – tension, restricted mobility or problems that keep coming back.

That perspective goes straight into my work. With Serendipity Health I want to make what I've learned and applied in practice over many years available to people who can't come and see me in person.

That's what I offer hereDiscover

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which plan is right for me?+

If you're not sure, start with the Online Screening (€69). After the assessment I'll recommend the next step that fits your goals, your schedule and how much support you want. If you only want the questionnaire for your own use, there's also Questionnaire only (€9).

What's the difference between Self-Guided, Video-Guided and In-Person?+

Self-Guided: your plan plus written support – I follow your training and answer your questions in writing. Video-Guided: your plan plus regular video calls to check in and adjust. In-Person: assessment and 1:1 sessions at my practice in Germany.

Can I upgrade my plan later?+

Yes. You can increase the level of support later if it becomes useful. I generally prefer to first see how you respond to the initial approach rather than automatically putting you into the most intensive option. If additional coaching, treatment or supervision would benefit the process, we can adjust accordingly.

Is the program suitable for my specific problem?+

That's exactly what the screening is for. Based on your questionnaire and the assessment, I'll tell you honestly whether working together makes sense – or whether something should be checked by a doctor first.
